Before filling out this application, you MUST visit Condo Control or call the Hokuloa office and speak with administration to check for date availability.
Filling this application out and turning it in does NOT guarantee availability.
If administration confirm the availability you may print and fill out the Recreation Center reservations form.
Request shall be made at least 14 days but no more than 90 days in advance of the event.
All documents must be turned in together at the same time. The forms will not be accepted to reserve the date unless ALL documents listed below are submitted properly:
1. Signed and initialed Recreation Center Reservation Application and Recreation Center Addendum - COI (total of 6 pages)
2. Check or money order hold deposit for $100 payable to Hokuloa AOAO. (We do not accept cash)
3. Liability insurance paperwork naming Hokuloa as certificate holder of $300k. (1 page)
This is a first come, first serve basis when all the correct forms are presented.
Once ALL (7 pages) of signed & initialed documents including the insurance form and a check deposit of $100 are received by the Hokuloa office and ALL the correct paperwork provided has been approved by The Resident Manager, you will receive an email confirming your event date has been reserved. :)
**Reservation requests are first come first serve. Hokuloa does not accept emailed requests please bring ALL your completed paperwork to the Hokuloa Pool Office (after hours you may put it in the mail drop on office door) or via USPS mail: Hokuloa AOAO 47-269 A Hui Iwa St. Kaneohe, HI 96744. We do not recommend mailing the reservations in as the dates fill up quickly, especially during summer months.
