**The following committees were established by the board of directors. They are all volunteers and are always looking for help. Landscaping

Chair: OPEN

We oversee all aspects of vegetation on the property, which includes all trees and plants. That includes reviewing any contracts for trimming or removal, make recommendations to the board, and working with the resident manager to develop a periodic maintenance plan. Our goal is to enhance the property through our landscape assets for the benefit and enjoyment of the owners in a manner that addresses risks to safety and the protection of our infrastructure from plant and tree damage.

Buildings and Approvals

Chair: James Kane

​We are responsible for anything related to the structures on the property. This also includes fences, gates, garage doors, as well as pest control, structural issues, sidewalks, the rec center and pool area. We will be reviewing the past policies and house rules as it relates to the private structures as well as maintenance of community property.

This committee oversees and recommends for approval any modification done to properties. This includes: changing windows, installing solar panels, backyard fences, or building additions. Anyone wishing to make any of these changes must fill out a modification request and have it approved.
