Preston Berk
Resident Manager Preston was born on the Big Island of Hawaii and raised in Kailua, Oahu. He is a graduate of Kalaheo High School and Santa Barbara City College. He has worked managing townhouse type associations like Hokuloa throughout his career in property management. His family just welcomed their first baby boy in November 2021. His hobbies are family time, art, music, landscaping and surfing. He currently resides on property with his fiancé Carlee and son Carson. Maintenance Manager Willy is from Waimanalo and has been with Hokuloa since 2019. He is a hardworking family man that takes pride in his work and customer service. Willy's favorite thing about working at Hokuloa is his interactions with all of our friendly residents. Nathan Owens
Pool Attendant Nathan has been employed by Hokuloa since 2005. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys doing laps in the pool on his free time. He is also a big help in keeping our pool crystal clear! He enjoys fixing things around the pool area. When he is not on Hokuloa property, you can catch him lifeguarding at Kamehameha School. |
Gershom Chang
Refuse Worker Gershom has worked as a part of the Hokuloa Refuse crew since June of 2021. He enjoys spending time with family and watching football. Jaren Bruhn
Refuse worker Jaren has been with Hokuloa since November 2021. He grew up on the eastside and lives close to work in Haiku. He enjoys watching football and spending time with his wife and family. Richard Santos
Maintenance Rich is from the Eastside of Oahu and grew up down the road in Kaneohe. Rich brings alot of mainteancne experience to the team. Feel free to talk story with him or throw him a shaka if you see him around the property! Lopaka Kauwalu
Maintenance Lopaka is our newest addition to the maintenance team. Raised on the eastside of Oahu, Lopaka attended Kailua High School and currently resides in Waimanalo. He has a background in construction, recently working at Mana Construction. If you see him around the property, please give him a warm "Hokuloa howzit"! |
